Location and phone eligibility are separate
Signup checks the service country for your request and requires phone verification. WhatsApp access checks the country of the linked phone number separately. Travelling to a supported country does not automatically make an unsupported WhatsApp number eligible. Telegram is the supported alternative for eligible Bris accounts.
Successful access also depends on SMS delivery, local access to the messaging service and provider conditions. This is product availability information, not a promise that every connected app or merchant works in every location.

State the city and market for a French service; a Paris time-zone example does not cover every French territory.
The time-zone names above are examples, not an exhaustive national list. Give the city and requested date when timing matters. You can ask for a preferred response language, but that does not change the market or terms of a source page.
European origin, clear pricing
Bris is operated by Akkrev Technologies OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia. European origin is separate from access in France and from the locations where service providers process data. Starter credit is priced in USD; review applicable tax and the payment amount at checkout.
